Lovely rooms, Mitcham/Croydon/Streatham borders

Spacious double in 3 bed house - sharing with owner, 1 other and 2 adorable cats.

Would prefer professional, tidy, female non smoker but, smokers can smoke outside :)

As I am a live in landlord and due to having another person living in the property, I am looking for a responsible and professional person. No time wasters or DSS. This isn't a party house nor student halls.

There are some basic rules, including maintaining cleanliness - in both the shared spaces and your room, helping with the basic chores (or splitting the cost of a cleaner).

I like to keep as clean and tidy a house as possible and I expect my lodgers to take some responsibility for their share too. I expect people to clean up and tidy up after themselves to keep the house looking nice for everyone :)

And no unwanted noise.

Lodger contract available when taking the room.

Large kitchen diner with TV.

Use of large garden.

Shared bathroom.

Double glazing and central heating.

Free on street parking.

Wifi.

Transport - Mitcham Eastfields (train) and Mitcham Junction (train and tram). Good connections to Clapham Junction, Victoria and Wimbledon. Bus 152 to Colliers Wood (Northern Line tube). Easy bus access to Streatham (and all 3 mainline stations), Norbury, Thornton Heath, Colliers Wood, Tooting, Morden & Brixton and more etc. Routes 60, 152 & 255 all stop within 5 mins of house, 118, 264 & 463 within 10 mins.

Trains and tubes provide easy access to major central london stations and destinations.
