- easy commute to central London(less than 20 min via Mitcham Junction or Mitcham EastFields Stns)
- a few minutes walk to buses and trams
- less than 10 minutes by bus to Colliers Wood underground
- less than 15 minutes journey to Wimbledon, Croydon and Tooting etc.
The house is set in a quiet location minutes’ walk from scenic Morden Hall Park, Merton Abbey Mills and other scenic and areas of historical interests.
Bus routes include 201, 118, 280 and N44 providing night services directly into central London
The house is occupied by myself and one other house share. Facilities include access to kitchen/dinner (washing machine available), bathroom with shower, and large garden.
Local shops include: Morrisons, Asda, Tescos, Savacentre, Marks & Spencers, range of fast food outlets, two local shopping centres and Virgin Active gym as well local authority sports centres and Golf course within a 10 mins walk.
