Double room near Tooting Rail (females preferred)

I have a first floor double room to rent in a quiet and clean family home 10 mins walk from Tooting Rail Station, and about 15 mins away from Tooting Broadway by bus. Mitcham Eastfields (with direct trains to London Bridge, Blackfriars and Victoria) is also 12 mins walk away.

The room has a large built-in double wardrobe, double bed, and bedside cabinet. A desk or chest of drawers may be added depending on requirements.

There is a shared open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen, which opens out into a small garden. Facilities include a dishwasher, washing machine and broadband.

There is one shared bathroom upstairs, and one extra WC downstairs.

I'm looking for a female housemate. There are currently 2 female housemates in the house (with a potential for one other making it a maximum of 3)

This houseshare would be ideal for a mature person who is clean, tidy, conscientious, trustworthy and quiet. Someone who is used to sharing with others and respectful of other people’s time and space.
A security deposit, a form of photo ID and two references are required. We would also sign a lodger agreement with dates, rent and deposit details. All bills are included.
