Our friend is moving out of our cosy flat by the end of the October so we will have a small double room available to rent from the 1st of November.
The room is fully furnished fitting a double bed, bedside drawer, shelf and a wardrobe.

The room is situated in a newly built flat in the heart of Mitcham, ZONE 3.

Travelling is really easy and convenient as there are various options to commute pretty much any direction:
1. Tooting Broadway tube station (Northern Line)is just 5min away by bus.
2. A Bus stop is situated literally outside the house with more than 7 different buses passing by, night ones including(N44; 270; 280; 264; 355; 127; 152 etc)
3. Mitcham Eastfields train station is 8-10 min walk away and will take you to Victoria or Elephant & Castle in 15-20 min, 10min to Clapham Junction.

The flat is located in Mitcham town centre with all biggest shops like Asda, Lidl, Tescos are in less than 3 min walk away and Morissons, Boots, The Gym, Loyds bank and other most essential services are located literally next door.

Who you will be sharing with? We are 4 super friendly, social and tidy professionals(3 girls and 1 guy) and we are looking for a single male or a female to join our little family.
