I am a professional female living in a 2-bedroom detached house. The house was built in 2013, and it has a fully furnished double bedroom to rent.
The house has a decent-sized garden available to use.
Council tax is included in rent. Broadband is included and utilities are split equally.
It's a great location, walking distance from Colliers Wood tube station (Northern line), overground rail (Mitcham Eastfields) and Trams (Phipps Bridge) for easy access to either Central London, Wimbledon or Croydon. There's also a park nearby (Morden Hall)

There's a lovely 10-year-old cat living in the house. The new flatmate needs to be ok with that, as I may occasionally be away.

I am looking for a non-smoking professional, working standard hours, who would enjoy my lovely house and get along with the resident cat.
