Transport is very convenient, 5 mins walk to Mitcham town center, two minutes walk to bus stop and 8 mins walk to tram station.

The pharmacy and a nursery school are around. The ASDA, Chinese supermarket HooHing, Tesco are in very short distance within 5 mins walk. The hyper shopping center M&S/Large Sainsburys five minutes by driving. Collier Wood Tube station is about 20mins walk.

I am looking for a tidy, responsible professional female with good references to enjoy the peaceful stay in this house.

This house has 3 floors with 3 double bedrooms and each floor has a nice bathroom. Kitchen will be shared with other housemates.
