Hello,
We have a lovely single room to let in our 3 bed property.
We have mainly let out to international students but also have had working professionals as we live in an affordable area but with great and quick transport links to the city.....

We are a family of 5!! But don't be put off by that, we are civilised ☺, 2 adults and 3 kids(all semi well behaved) and not forgetting our doggy minty. He is a Labrador and is extremely friendly but also Not let upstairs to where the rooms are.
kids go to school and all go to bed by 7pm and sleep through!

I must say although we are a full house we are all extremely busy people in the week, so would welcome someone as busy as us and not really someone that isn't working/studying full time.
