Spacious double room

We are looking for a new flatmate as our current flatmate is moving on to new ventures. The room he has left is a large double bedroom with a desk and bed in situ. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom and a shared living room. Bills are included in the price as well as broadband and a cleaner once per week. The house has easy access to Mitcham Eastfields and Tooting mainline stations as well as being a quick bus ride to Tooting Broadway and Collier's Wood Northern line stations.

We (the current tennants) are both professionals who work full time and we would be looking for someone similar. We are friendly and socialble but have our own lives and tend to do our own thing. We are a chilled out house and pretty peaceful most of the time.

There is a large but very docile and friendly dog in the house and so being ok with dogs is a must! Both of us have lived in the property fo several years and so it is very much a home.
