Hi we are a couple who rent out our spare room, current tenant moves has just moved out. Our home is very homely and we are very open to anyone with any background.

The flat is located a few seconds from Belgrave walk tramstop, enabling you to commute to Wimbledon/Mitcham junction in 5-10 minutes to get to overground rail into London Waterloo/Victoria in 20 mins or kings cross in 38 mins. With close access to district / circle line from Wimbledon. Also buses that go to Sutton/Brixton/Tooting/Wimbled on/Kingston/Wallington etc. Morden Tube station and Colliers Wood underground northern line links 15 mins up the road. You can literally commute anywhere with ease!

The flat itself is situated on the ground floor, in a block of 7 flats in a small close with access to free parking spaces to the front of the property. Shops/post office are a short walk away. With again 10/15 min walk to Mitcham town centre or Colliers Wood for the giant supermarkets such as M & S/sainsburys, asda/boots/poundland etc. Also shopping complex which includes resturants/ Starbucks/ new look/next /TK Maxx/ Virgin Gym/ Argos and many other shops and resturants such as Frankie and Bennies, Bella Italia and nandos.

The room comes furnished with comfortable double sofa bed and double mattress on top of the bed. Includes a Clothes rail. Two shelving units/ storage. Curtains and blind. Room is narrow in width but quite long in size. Our new tenant has a choice to whether they would like they're own furniture or not .

We are looking for a professional who is happy to live with us. Who is sociable, yet doesn't mind their own company at the same time. We also like a clean individual who doesn't mind clearing up after themselves as we take pride in our home.

I am a student Radiographer and my partner is an Uber driver (working nights) so we are busy people during the day and evenings, so like to chill or socialise at night.
