Spacious double room in a charming 3 bed friendly Victorian house available to rent on a Monday to Friday basis, though I would consider a full-time let for the right person. Payment can be weekly or monthly and I would accept a term of less than 1 month or longer is fine too:)

Shared with me (the landlord) the property is a 12 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway tube, 2 minutes to Tooting overground. The house is on a quiet side street 2 minutes off the main high street - with shops/pubs.

Smart, spacious double room complete with double bed, four wardrobes, bedside table, arm chair, coffee table, lamp, linen, pillow and duvet. The room is in a 3 bed Victorian House, recently redecorated - built in the 1860s - with period features including fireplaces and cornicing. It overlooks a 35 foot south facing garden to the rear.

The property also has a modern fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining room and 35 ft south-facing rear garden. Free unlimited wifi included. You will also have your own private fridge and freezer. There are two fridges and freezers at the property.
