Room To Rent

Hi guys I have just been given a job up North and have to move ASAP. My lease that you will be taking over ends at the end of April or you can renew for another 6 months.
The current flat mates are lovely and sociable but all work mon to fri so no need to worry about noise!!
There is also a weekly cleaner and all bills are included in the price
I have paid all agency fees etc so all you would need is 590 deposit plus your first months rent
The room is lovely and big and plenty of space.
I currently work Central London and only takes 40! mins door to door 25 mins on tube (tooting broadway )
Great bus links 2 mins away
Also tooting train station overground 5 mins walk from flat
Lots around area tesco sainsburys etc
