Hello, I am looking for a professional person to move in to double room. The flat is fully furnished(some of furniture can be taken away). Propety is only 3 minutes away from Tooting station, 10 minutes by bus from Tooting Broadway, next to Tesco, Lidl and other shop, located on a quiet street close to the park. Flat has a garden, bathroom with bath and shower. Kitchen w 2 fridges dining table and necessary appliances. The place is brand new with modern furniture and bright finish.
There is no living room but the kitchen is big enough to accommodate any guests.

£150 fee for reference check and £750 deposit needed. Price is with deposit(£525 a month plus £60 council). Bills to pay every 3 months (around £100 summer much less). Central heating at home and gas cooker. You will be included on the contract and your name will appear on bills.
