Double Bed Rooms to Rent in Shared House

We have three double rooms available in our four bedroom shared house a 10 min walk from Colliers Wood tube station and Tooting Rail Station. The rooms are available at the end of March.

These 3 spacious rooms are available to rent individually or ideal for 2/3 friends to have their own rooms in the house.

We are close to a large Sainsbury's, M&S, Nando's, Starbucks and other retail stores such as Next, Boots & TK Maxx. The house is in a very calm and quiet family area with many parks just a short walk away and it is easy to get to other areas such as Wimbledon, Clapham and Wandsworth.

The house is semi-detached with many lovely surrounding neighbours. Ground floor has the living room, dining room, kitchen and toilet. First floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The second floor is where the two remaining bedrooms are. The layout of the house means that it feels spacious and we are never on each other's toes.

The rooms all have double beds, built in wardrobes, and shelves. The rent for the one of the double rooms is £460/month whilst the other two rooms are £500/month in addition to bills which are £90/month.

The rent includes TV licence, internet, gas, water, electricity and council tax. The deposit is for 1. 5 months and needs to be paid when you move in.

The house has recently had new double glazing installed, and a new boiler, so it's nice and warm!

We're not looking for couples, or people with pets.
