A good size furnished, ground floor double room is available which is bright and airy with ample space. You will be sharing a bathroom and kitchen.

The house is equipped with a washing machine, gas central heating, garden and off street parking.

The house in on the Colliers Wood/ Mitcham border with great transport links from Colliers Wood tube station (northern line - 10 min walk). It also has easy access to the tram with links to Croydon and Wimbledon.

All bills are included (save for landline).

You will be sharing with 2 easy going, friendly professionals. We are looking to share with someone who is clean, friendly and will treat the house with respect.

Please note no DSS, couples or pets. Smoking outside only.

A deposit and one month’s rent in advance will be required. References will also be needed.
