The kitchen has all the essentials including washing machine, dryer and microwave..
Free parking available.

Please note I work from home 5 days a week.

I am a professional. I am sociable, friendly and enjoy meeting people from other cultural backgrounds. Travelling and exploring London are my main interests. I have travelled to over 36 countries. I am active and run in the local park twice a week.

The area is safe and extremely cosmopolitan. Tooting centre is typical London, a lively chaotic busy area with plenty of restuarants, pubs, cafes and a large indoor market. Mitcham has large open green spaces. Tooting Bec common with excellent green spaces nearby. Wimbledon is famous for its shops, restaurants, elegant buildings and of course the tennis.

Buses: Opposite the flat and other stops close by. Buses arrive frequently. Rarely have to wait longer than ten minutes. Bus 127 takes you to Tooting Broadway tube station in 8 minutes

Trains: Tooting Station is less than 10 minutes walk where you can get to Wimbledon in 5 minutes, Elephant & Castle in 22 minutes, Blackfriars (South Bank River Thames, London Eye, Tate Modern) in 25 minutes and Farringdon in the City in 31 minutes
