Room itself is in excellent condition (newly refurbished) and it has lots of storage and big mirrored triple wardrobe and single bed (can put double if you prefer). Also almost new triple glazed windows. You will have a option to have full size single bed, which will give you more space in the room or full size double bed if you like larger space when sleeping/relaxing...both options available. You will be sharing a toilet and bathroom basin with only one other person. The rent is £600pcm and absolutely all the bills plus fast broadband internet are included in the rent. There is nothing else to pay, no hidden costs and no agents. You will have signed contract and all necessary paperwork to prove you live here.
- I'm also happy to consider lowering the rent for people who need the room on part time bases (few days per week).

Area & commute info;
The flat is located stone throw from the Mitcham Town Centre, with great access to many major supermarkets (Lidl and Asda across the road plus Iceland, Morrisons and Chinese food superstore very near by) and pubs, restaurants, banks, post office etc. The area has great transport connection with central London. Mitcham Eastfields (National Rail) train station, where you can catch Southern and Thameslink trains is only 7 minutes walk. From there you can get to Balham in 7minutes, Clapham Junction in 12 minutes and Victoria in 20 minutes. Also Elephant and Castle, Blackfriars, Farringdon and St. Pancreas International in 35 minutes. We also have great connection via buses (between 5 minutes-15 minutes journey) to Tooting (National Rail), Tooting Broadway (Tube - Northern Line), Colliers Wood (Tube - Northern Line), South Wimbledon (Tube - Northern Line), Wimbledon (Tube - District Line + National Rail), Streatham (National Rail), Croydon (National Rail). We also have great connection to Luton and Gatwick Airports either via train or National Express buses stopping outside our building.
