We have a room to let for a single person in our recently refurbished 4-bed flat in Morden. Please note - it is not suitable for couples.

The size of the room is a small double and while it could easily fit a double bed, currently there is a single one in order to maximise the space. Apart from the bed with a comfortable mattress there is also a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and a chair.

The flat is very clean - weekly cleaning of the communal areas is included in the rent so there is no need for a cleaning rosta.

All bills and internet connection are also included. The deposit is 1 months rent and the rent is paid monthly.

There are 3 other people living in the flat, all professional males in their 20s and 30s. There will never be more than 4 people living in this flat in total (including you). All bedrooms are for single occupancy.

The flat is spacious, with separate living/dining room, large kitchen, plenty of fridge and storage space, recently renovated bathroom and a separate toilet. The place is very quiet and peaceful and we are looking for someone who is considerate of others and is looking for a quiet place to live themselves.

The location is convenient with Morden Tube station and Morden South Thameslink station both 5 min walk away. A journey to central London takes around 30min. There are also many bus routes available nearby. Off street parking is available too.

We are looking for a long term tenant. Available from beginning of April.
