10 minutes’ walk or 3-4 minutes bus ride from Morden Underground. Bus stop just outside the door. Tram stops close by, too. Shops and parks within walking distance.

This household is suitable for student/professional working single tenant who is ‘respectful’, ‘clean’ and mindful of others and their lives. This is not a party flat although end-of-day chats or regular conversation are welcome.
