Females preferred for 2x ensuite, double rooms available that are completely self-contained with their own access (it is an annexe to the main house). Single occupancy only. No pets.

Rooms have recently been refurbished with new flooring, paint and decoration. Brand new Emma premium double mattresses and Ikea wardrobes/mirrors, with desk and chair, in each room.

Double glazing throughout and central heating. Each room has a brand new en-suite bathroom too.

Bedroom 1 is slightly larger than Bedroom 2, which is reflected in the price.

There is a shared kitchen with integrated appliances (washing machine, freezer, fridge and cooker). There is a small living space that will also soon have a couch, small table, TV unit and TV added to the furnishings.

All bills included (subject to fair usage) including high speed Virgin Media fibre broadband and council tax.

Females preferred, professional, non-smokers that understand they will be living in a self contained flat, however there will be another family in a separate residence, and therefore we are looking for someone who is employed, non-smoking etc.
