- The rooms are airy and bright, and have recently been refurbished with new flooring, paint, double glazing and decorations. Brand new Emma premium double mattresses and Ikea wardrobes/mirrors, with desk and chair, in each room. There is also a full ensuite bathroom with each room

- There is a shared open-plan kitchen/living room with integrated appliances (washing machine, freezer, fridge and cooker). The living room space has a couch, small dining table, and will also soon have a TV unit and TV added to the furnishings.

Location:

- The property is a 10 minute walk away from Morden station. There are also bus-stops a 2-minute walk away with that serve routes 163/164/293/413 that can take you to Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Sutton and Epsom. South Merton station is also a 5-min walk away with direct links to Wimbledon, Central London, Luton Airport and Sutton.
