Double room available

I'm looking for a respectful and easy-going person to rent a double room in my lovely two-bedroom house.

The room comes furnished with:
Double bed with storage underneath
Dressing table with large mirror
Fabric wardrobe

The house itself is a cosy two-bedroom home with a large garden (which I’m working on) perfect for enjoying some outdoor space. The area is peaceful, surrounded by greenery, with several local parks just a short walk away.

Excellent Transport Links:
St Helier Station – 4 minutes' walk (8min to Wimbledon or 40 min to City)
Bus 470 - 1 min walk towards Sutton
Bus 54 - 4min walk towards Croydon or Morden). Also walking distance to St Helier hospital!

Having worked in the City myself, I found the commute very straightforward: a short bus ride to Morden Station followed by a direct journey into central London, 50min!

Local Amenities:
Lidl approximately 15 minutes' walk
Tesco and Asda easily accessible by bus. A few local gyms and plenty of parks!

A little about me: I work remotely during standard business hours, enjoy a quiet home life, and can usually be found watching Netflix in the evenings, giggling on the phone with friends or out visiting family. I'm easy-going, friendly, and respectful of personal space. Ideally, I'd like someone who is fairly independent and happy spending most of their time in their own room initially. As we get to know each other, the living areas are available and I want whoever lives here to feel comfortable and at home.

Previous tenants have told me it feels more like living with family than simply renting a room, which I think is one of the nicest compliments I've received. 😁
