I have to finish my lean-to & garden room, you'll eventually have some use of the lean to. It's still a bit messy for a while, lonmger but am making good progress. I've a new shower tray to change too, making the shower area bigger.
Current Housemates
Professional people; I'm self-employed (media industry) working from home, and the lodger is in full-time employment. We get along well and have good chats about a whole variety of topics. Occasionally have a meal together, but otherwise, keep to ourselves. Very welcoming to new housemates, and try to make sure you feel at home. We like to keep the house tidy and clean up after ourselves. Past lodgers often remain as friends.
Work from Home : to work from home regularly is £100 a month to cover additional costs, and as the internet is for your personal use, so for reliability it's best to have your own internet service.
