Double room in fully furnished house

Lovely double room in a fully furnished house going in my home. It comes with a new bed, plenty storage, a big window sill wide enough to sit on while enjoying the view.

Fully furnished also means my Bedding and Bath towels are available within the house or bring your own if you prefer. Cups, Plates and cutlery available as well as pans, microwave, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, coffee maker. These are my specifically chosen well cared for things so please treat them with care and consideration.

Nice garden – Fish pond, patio and BBQ perfect for chilling out. If you're into fitness, there's a weights bench, sit up bench and punch bag you're welcome to use. There is currently a stair lift but i'm looking to sell this unless its something you would want to keep.

Bills are included, and we have fibre broadband with perfect Wi-Fi in your room as well as an ethernet connection for super duper fast connection if your a gamer or developer. The bathroom has a rain shower Plus, some of the lights are automated with Alexa.

The house is shared with myself (54) I’m there around half the week, (a software engineer) my daughter (27), who's a hairdresser and beauty technician. and our friend (47) a chef. We're pretty laid-back, In the summer, we sometimes fire up the BBQ and have a few friends over.

This room would be ideal for a working professional or someone who's into music as I also work on video production and photography.

Cats - you've gotta be a cat person – we have three furry very friendly cats but they don’t rule the roost! Let me know if you'd like to know more.
