Comfortable Double Room

My house has three bedrooms in a quiet residential area of Motspur Park, New Malden. It is a 5-10 minute walk to Motspur Park Train Station (2 stops to Wimbledon and 6 stops to London Waterloo) and buses are a few minutes walk. New Malden High Street is a 15-20 minute walk.
The house is clean and comfortably furnished with an open plan kitchen, dining room, living room, single bedroom and toilet on the ground floor, and two double bedrooms, shower, and toilet on the 1st floor. The room for rent is the double bedroom situated on the 1st floor overlooking the back garden. The garden is a good size with seating and storage facilities. The room has a kingsize bed, a large fitted wardrobe, bedside tables, and bedside lights. The house is centrally heated and has high-speed internet. The house has off-street parking at the front of the house.
Looking for a housemate who is social, friendly, and tidy who will treat the house as their home and not just a room to rent. I started playing tennis 5 years ago and a tennis-playing housemate would be high on my wish list (any ability) although not a deal-breaker.
