Bright, large double bedroom with garden access

I have a very large and bright room to let in my flat. It's fully furnished - large double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, full size mirror and king-size bed with a good quality mattress. The room has direct access to the garden with double-glazed french doors. All bills are included, with council tax, fast broadband and Netflix. The flat is in a very quiet cul-de-sac and it's only a few minutes walk from Motspur Park with frequent trains to Wimbledon (5 mins), Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and Waterloo. The N87 bus stop is less than 15 minutes walk away if you miss the last train! There are many shops and take-aways within 5 minutes walk and a Tesco superstore a little further.
I'm looking for a tidy, sensible and respectful lodger who's experienced in flatsharing.
