Bright Spacious 2 Double Rooms in A Friendly House

Our lovely home is located a 8 minute walk from Motspur Park Station (South Western Railway will get you to Waterloo Station in c.25 minutes and to Wimbledon in c.10 minutes for the District Line) and a 5 minute walk from the nearest bus stop (163 towards Morden for the Northern Line c. 10 minutes).

One room is on the ground floor with a large window front and direct garden access., and another one is on the second floor. Both comes furnished: double bed, bedside unit, shelfs plus lots of storage in form of a large wardrobe! Available now..

Rent is £565 a month and for another room, £510, inclusive of broadband and council tax. Deposit is £775 for a room and £630 for another. Bills (water, gas & electricity) are paid quarterly (water is twice a year) and vary throughout the year. We usually get a big one during the winter (of course!) but otherwise the bills would work out to under £40 a month per person.

The house has a large back garden which is just fantastic during the summer - we have barbecues all the time! No smoking is allowed inside but we are smoker-friendly and have an outside shed that you are welcome to. The house is kept clean and tidy and we share the costs for all household stuff. A big plus is the amount of storage we have: a lot.

We have 2 bathrooms with toilets (one upstairs, one downstairs) and a large kitchen area. We do not have a living room but this has never stopped us from socialising as the kitchen makes up for it in size and we spend a lot of time together in the garden in summer.

We are a friendly home and we all get on well and like to socialise over a few drinks. There are 3 current tenants, aged between 29 and 38 from various countries: England, Hong Kong and Moldova - 2 guys, 1 girl. We are looking for number 4 and 5 to move in ASAP but we can be slightly flexible with the dates for the right person!
