Street parking is available. The street is not a thoroughfare, so is very safe, as are the adjacent streets.
It is around 5 mins walk to the local high street featuring several chain stores, restaurants, gym, pubs & supermarkets including one with late opening hours.
The available room is on the second level with a window that faces the rear of the property. It comes partly furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe and storage shelves (removable).

We are seeking another friendly and tidy professional or student, preferably female, to share our flat as we too are all working professionals.
During the week the place is quiet as everyone is typically working, mostly at home now due to Covid-19.
We have a very good internet connection so having multiple people working from home is not an issue.
Other than that, we can typically be found taking part in various other extra-vocational activities, but in the evenings/weekends there is a chance to talk/socialise or occasionally share a meal.
Apart from the occasional get together with friends there are no big parties, sorry we are not a party flat. :)
We also believe that everyone is entitled to their own private space and always respect this, as we expect the same.
