We're ideally looking for a female, professional housemate from about December 2017.
We have a lovely large double bedroom with a double bed and a large build-in wardrobe available around December 2017.
House includes spacious kitchen/dining area and a lovely large but cosy living room.
Bus lines very close-by and New Malden train station is a 7 minute walk.
Close to local amenities (shops, gym, restaurants)
Current housemates are hard working, independent and outgoing but relaxed professionals but also respect privacy and considerate to each other.
I'm a Dutch girl of 32 years old. Besides my shift work I also like rock 'n roll dancing but also enjoy catching up with friends and relaxing.
The other housemate, Alan (a young 40 yo male), is a really nice guy who enjoys socializing but equally a quiet night with a cuppa on the sofa.
The house has Wifi and in the lounge is a TV with Virgin TV
Rent is £440 excluding bills. (bills +/-£150p/m)
Deposit of £440 and first months rent required.
The room will come available around December 2017.
