Located close to Kingston (20 mins walk) with easy access to Wimbledon, Clapham Junction and surrounding area. New Malden, Norbiton and Berrylands rail stations all within 10 mins walk.
Bus stop and row of shops/cafés 30 seconds away.
Current housemates are three sociable people, two boys one girl, likes going out, sports, TV (plenty of comedies recorded on Sky+). Two are teachers and one works in insurance.
