Single room to let in lovely two bedroom apartment

We have a single furnished room to let. The single room is 3. 5m x 2. 2m and has a single bed, desk with chair and built in wardrobes and shelves. It is in a lovely two bed flat with a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and small garden. We are looking for someone who would like to move in for 9-12 months.

The double room is currently occupied by two mature students from Kingston University. We are both usually at the university during normal working hours. We are looking for another mature student. The apartment is just one bus ride away from Kingston university. It is also within 10 minutes walking distance of Raynes Park train station which makes it very quick and easy to get to Waterloo.

We have a regular cleaner to keep the apartment clean and tidy. We are both active people that enjoy the outdoors and when we are at home we like cooking and watching movies.

The rent includes a weekly clean of all the rooms and communal areas, broadband, water and electricity.
