I am looking to rent out my spare room in New Malden. The room is light and airy and faces on to the garden. The room has a TV, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, desk & chair and a very comfortable single bed.
I am a flexible person to live with but would like someone who is respectful of my property and someone that is trustworthy.
The house is Victorian and comfortable with a spacious bathroom upstairs with a bath and shower. It has a nice size kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. The transport system is extremely good for buses and trains. New Malden station is within walking distance and bus stop 5 minutes walk.
The town centre is a 15 minute walk with supermarkets, post office, gym, bars and coffee shops etc....
