The house is in a residential area with plenty of storage space in the room.

The kitchen with laundry, a large bathroom with shower/bath and a separate lounge area and access to a bit of outdoor space are shared with the others.

This is a great house, minutes from Motspur Park BR station. From here, it takes about 25 minutes to London Waterloo) or two stops down to Wimbledon for the district line. Additionally, its a short 5 min bus ride to Tooting Broadway (Northern line). There is also a bus stop just outside the flat with buses going to Putney bridge.

There are plenty of amenities in the immediate area (Tesco, local, shops, restaurants and great pubs!) and is about 15 minutes walk to New Malden High Street.
