At the moment we are 5 Danish tenants, age 26 - 32, and a peaceful and content baby girl. One is on maternity leave and the other 4 work at London Ambulance Service. One will be leaving in December which is why we will have the room available.
Malden Manor Station is a 5 minute walk away, Worcester Park Station is a 10 minute walk away and New Malden Station is 5 minutes by bus. They'll all take you to London Waterloo in 25 minutes and all leave frequently.
The rent is £441 per month (PER PERSON) if a couple moves in. If only one person moves in the rent will be £530 (PER PERSON). The rent is including council tax, water, internet and TV.
We're easygoing, always have a great time around the house and welcome all species ; )
