I have a cosy large double room in a great location at New Malden. We have excellent transport links to central London, Wimbledon and Kingston. This is a fully furnished room with a comfortable bed, a wardrobe, desk and a chair!
We really take pride in our property and maintain it to the best. This is a guaranteed tidy, neat and peaceful place. And you will have us as friendly mates around.
We love to care and share but also enjoy our privacy and appreciate our new flatmate would like the same.

For couples the rent is 700 a month + some bills.
