A double room in a beautiful house in Kingston Upon Thames is available from the beginning of June to the beginning of October.
My flatmates and I signed the contract for 1 year but I have to leave earlier and I need a person to replace me.
You will share the house with 3 girls(2 Italians and one Japanese) who study at Kingston University.
The rent is 475 pounds a month and bills are not included (but it's just a few pounds more).
The house and the atmosphere is lovely, the bus stop is just in front of the house and it's a nice area.
