Shared large kitchen with seating area, facilities include dishwasher and tumble dryer. Also a spacious balcony with seating area and BBQ. Shared lounge with 50inch TV and L shape sofa, also another balcony looking out to the park. The local co op and chemist is 2 min walk. Malden Manor station is also a 2 min walk. Lots of storage space in the flat and their is a shed downstairs.
