We have two rooms in a large family home in Coombe area of New Malden located just off Coombe Lane West. Good transport links. 25 minutes train ride into Waterloo from Norbiton which is Approximately 10-12 minute walk and 15 minute walk to New Malden rail station. 3 minute walk to the bus stop taking you to Wimbledon (underground and rail station) and Kingston. Kingston Hospital is within easy walking distance.
It is a welcoming family home, large enough for you to have your peace and quiet. Lodgers will only be sharing bathroom with each other only. All bills included. Use of kitchen, utility room and our cleaner once a week included.
Parking is available outside on the street, no restrictions.
We have two small friendly dogs.
We do not allow overnight guests unless with prior arrangement. Ideally looking for long term let. Am flexible to do 5 day week let too.
