One person only. 5 nights/week. The room will not be used by anyone at the weekends. No full time lodgings available.

5 nights/week=£550/pcm* bills included.

The room is for someone with a full time day job, not suitable for working from home or late shift workers. The Monday to Friday arrangement is for people who have a residence outside of London but want to cut their commute to this area for work.

No price negotiations.

There is only one room available for one person only.

Security: there is a ringo camera doorbell, cctv camera overlooking the car park and main front door downstairs and working locks on the inside of bedroom and bathroom doors.
Fire safety ladder, smoke detectors on each bedroom and hallway.

Prices above include bills, you will not be on our council tax as it’s not full time residence. Prices are calculated for people who are out of the house during the day time (normal working hours.)

The third room in the flat is for my work equipment (I’m a first aid teacher and my partner is now working from home here) therefore the flat will only ever house 3 people only. We are both fully vaccinated.

*The room has fitted wardrobe, double bed and mattress, bedside table, desk, chest of drawers (shelves) and lamp. The window is over looking green Rec ground.

The kitchen out the back overlooks lovely green land, the garden below is beautiful and great to look out over.

The bills included are: WiFi, water, electric, gas.

We are looking for a friendly, like-minded professional who appreciates the flat for being quiet, tidy and calm.
I will provide my ID before deposit payment.

You will need to provide:

Your ID to prove right to remain (just face to face, no copy will be made,)
A job reference (proof that your employed or under contract for the rental period,)
A recent utility bill of your main residence,
A deposit of £400 bank transfer,
The lodger agreement and contract signed and dated.

We only do face to face viewings of the flat and we require a minimum of 24 hours between meeting and moving in. This is a home that provides accommodation for the right tenant to maintain a nice living environment, not a hostel or a lodger factory.
