Previously my daughter's bedroom, so I'm happy to discuss adapting or refreshing the room to suit your needs.

The House

The shared areas, including the kitchen and living room, will be fully furnished and ready before move-in, currently also unfurnished.

Please note that both bedrooms will be unfurnished, giving you the flexibility to bring your own furniture and personalise your space.

Who I'm Looking For

I live in the property too, so I'm looking for a considerate, reliable and respectful individual, couple or small family who will treat the house as their home.

I'm keen to create a relaxed living environment where everyone feels comfortable, with shared use of the kitchen and living spaces and clear house rules agreed before moving in.
