Entire top floor of idyllic country cottage

Peaslake is a stunning village set in the heart of the Surrey Hills (AONB). Perfect for mountain bikers (it's the epicentre of MTB trail riding in Surrey) and walkers - and really anyone who enjoys the outdoors.

My house is a three floor Edwardian cottage with a lovely front and back garden (which is looked after by me).

The tenant will have the whole top floor to themselves, which includes a generous sized bedroom with double bed, and its own bathroom (including a bath).

There is off-street parking (there is a generous driveway). Bills are included (including band E council tax).

I'm a chilled guy who is often out and about - either walking, biking or motorbiking. Very sociable. Easy to get along with. Also have a dog here every other week for one week.

No couples, smokers or vapers.
