Double room available ,sharing cottage with just one home working human, dog, parrots, ducks & geese!
This is a working house.
During the day it’s busy & sometimes noisy …garden machinery, farm animal noise, power tools & a noisy cockatoo.
If you work from home and you need somewhere quiet . This is definitely not for you.!
This is an early bird house, everyone comes alive as light breaks .. if you like to lay in this is definitely not for you. We are not night owls it’s generally lights out by 10pm
So if your a sleep all day and up all night person your not going to be happy here

What is on offer is a double furnished room in a victorian country cottage with lovely secluded garden.
The property is on the outskirts of Guildford in the heart of the Surrey Hills within the picturesque rural village of Peaslake.
Fresh air, Country walking, horse riding, mountain biking on the door step
Broadband, Sky Tv, Council Tax included
Large garden with barbecue
There is only one bathroom & toilet which is kept spotlessly clean, I am a clean freak so do I expect it to be kept that way. There is no shower

My home is only suitable to clean, tidy, respectful, animal lovers, happy positive people, someone who appreciates living in a nice home in a beautiful area

This is not digs / students accommodation

No pets, students, children, couch potatoes, untidy, rude, ill mannered, moody, bad tempered people, alcoholics or drug users
