DOUBLE ROOM - Lovely and quiet room for a single person. With luxury decor, private door on to outside terrace in beautiful, relaxing and very cosy home, with stunning views of beautiful hills. The bedroom has a King size bed with a brand new Simba mattress, 2 bedside tables, table lamps, desk and comfy chair, chests of drawers, a wall-mounted flat screen TV, a desk and chair, decorated in warm neutral whites and creams, and new cream carpet. The BATHROOM is very clean and tidy and only shared with one person.

CHILL OUT AREAS - There are plenty of outdoor chill out areas and dining areas with large sunny secluded gardens and terraces to relax after work.

THE HOUSE has fibre optic wifi, central heating. The kitchen is large open plan, clean and tidy with all mod cons, flat screen TV, chill out area with sofa and coffee table; separate breakfast/dining room, separate laundry room; lounge with smart TV and wood burning stove.

PARKING off road on private driveway.

PEASLAKE is renowned for its beautiful countryside, cycling, mountain biking, hiking, walking and horseriding. It is surrounded by the Hurtwood forest, open views and hills. There is yoga, Pilates, badminton etc in the village. 8 minutes' drive to Cranleigh there is a Country Golf Club which has a gym, spa, swimming pool, tennis, golf, keep fit classes, beauty & massage treatments and restaurant. 10 mins away there are several other golf courses and horse-riding activities.

Peaslake has a great local food store, post office, Hurtwood Inn Pub/Italian restaurant, and in neighbouring Shere (2 miles), famous for its film locations and most quaint village in South England, there are also food shops, post office, tea shops, gift shops, old English pubs and restaurants.
