The house features a modern kitchen which will need to be shared (inclusion of Samsung double door fridge, Bosch washing machine, new Samsung dryer, instant pot, Ninja Air fryer & Coffee Machine etc.)and the bedroom for rent is a double room with en-suite. The room will come furnished with a double bed (new simba mattresses). The divan base comes with 4 drawers for storage with SMART TV.
