Looking for one more kind and considerate tenant in a newly extended and renovated central Redhill detached home.

The house has a vast open plan kitchen-dining-living space, a garden with patios, apple trees and decorative planting, downstairs loo and laundry facilities.

The room is offered furnished (including double bed with nearly-new mattress, built-in wardrobe and storage, full-length standing mirror and desk). It has its own en-suite bathroom.

Utility bills and council tax are included, though you will need to contribute to the costs of a cleaner for the communal areas. There is on and off-street parking.

I plan to host a few supper club events in 2023. You're welcome to join in.

Current housemates are one 56 year old male landlord, and a 27 year old professional female tenant. My 23-year old son stays a couple of nights a week too. We're all good people.

The train and bus stations are 8 mins walk, The Gym and Sainsbury's are both 4 mins away.
