The room includes a microwave, kettle and small refrigerator for personal use, as well as television and broadband. Nearby off-street parking. We provide a weekly cleaning and laundry service.
Bus stop and train station nearby. The village is approx 2 miles from Redhill town centre. The room is ideal for a person who is temporarily residing elsewhere or who works in the area during the week and does not intend to make this address their permanent residence long term. This arrangement is not a secure tenure but a flexible excluded licence that can be set up to suit peoples needs.
This room is not suitable for a young person looking to socialize or a person working from home. A male lodger preferred.
