Gorgeous Room In Shirley

I have a lovely double room for rent in Shirley, close to Elmers End train station and Arena tram station.
The room will come furnished with a double bed, 1 double and 1 single wardrobe, bedside table & a chest of drawers.
The house is kept super tidy, so looking for someone clean and respectful of each others space etc. Parking is available at the side road next to the house.
This is a nonsmoking & pet free home.
Unfortunately, couples are not welcome.
