Looking forward to sharing a home with a new lodger, preferably long-term.

I have one bedroom with my partner, an orthopedic nurse.
The second double bedroom, 3 x 3.4metres, yours, has a new double bed, and mattress. Part-furnished, more furniture can easily be arranged. Large window with blinds. Freshly painted. As is the whole appartment.
Price includes all bills except water, shared quarterly approx £80.
Shared bathroom with bathtub and excellent power shower.
Free parking on the streets around, or on our private driveway.
Garage available to use for extra storage.
l am relaxed and friendly, will respect your privacy and want you to feel your home is your sanctuary too. Happy to chat about our day, be friends and share the odd meal together if you'd like 🙂 (Richard is a bit chattier than me, and makes a mean cocktail).
Located between Purley Oaks and Sanderstead train stations, closer to the former. 30-mins to Victoria station from Sanderstead station (4-min walk away). 30-mins to London Bridge/Borough Market from Purley Oaks station, (which is 2-min walk away.) Extremely convenient! on the whole and for Gatwick Airport and Clapham Junction.
Country walks and pubs a few stops away on a local train or short drive. Wettern Tree Garden / Purley Beeches is a lovely park / woodland that's 2 mins away.
I chill out after work, gym, and walk my (small, adorable) dog. I'm a therapist and designer ... I work from home half of the time.
Can consider your pet, but not a dog or cat, as doubt mine would like the competition.
The flat is ground floor so opens to our private garden ... Big sun-worshipper here. The day-bed and loungers are well-used in the Summer. Love a BBQ! We have a coal one you are welcome to use.
Modern kitchen is open-plan, with oven and gas hobs. There is a new washer dryer, and a new dishwasher. Also a new fridge freezer.
I don't party at home generally and prefer home as sanctuary.
We clean the shared areas weekly, and as we go along. If you'd rather get a cleaner, feel free to.
Deposit is £1,000.
Please tell me what you do for work/your hobbies etc and your "must have's" in your intro email, thank you, in order to be considered.
