The second double bedroom, yours, has a nice new double ottoman bed and one year old mattress. Part-furnished, more furniture can be arranged. Large window and new blinds.
Price includes bills, excluding TV License & quarterly water bill.
Shared bathroom with bath and excellent power shower.
Free parking on the streets around, or on our private driveway.
l am relaxed and friendly and I take pride in our home and will respect your privacy. Also happy to become friends and share meals and chats 🙂 (BTW we are not an "in-your- face-" couple).
30-mins to Victoria station from Sanderstead station (4-min walk away). 30-mins to London Bridge/Borough Market from Purley Oaks station, (which is 2-min walk away.) Extremely convenient! on the whole and for Gatwick Airport and Clapham Junction.
Lovely country walks and pubs a few stops away on a local train or short drive. Lloyd Park isn't far away and has a cute cafe. Farthing Downs, Happy Valley and Croham Woods are lovely walks, not far away.
I chill out a lot after work, try to gym, and walk my (small, adorable, friendly) dog. I'm a therapist and designer ... I work from home half of the time.
I have a gorgeous cavalier dog, she is fairly well trained. She is very friendly and loves everyone!
The flat is ground floor so opens to the private garden ... big sun-worshipper here so the day-bed and loungers are well-used in the Summer. Love a BBQ! Limestone will be laid soon and the garden wall will be updated to incorporate a wall seat.
There is space in the garage that you can use for extra storage.
New kitchen, open-plan with new oven and gas hobs. There is a new washer dryer, and a new dishwasher. Also a new fridge freezer.
I have a friend or two over for dinner now and then. I don't party at home generally and prefer home as sanctuary.
I get hello fresh meals in, if you'd like to join in on that, it's very convenient would be paid separately.
We all help to clean the shared areas weekly so that we all enjoy our lovely home. If you'd rather get a cleaner to do your bit this can be arranged.
Deposit is £1,000 – (not £900, I cannot edit the automated advert.)
Please tell me what you do for work/your hobbies etc and your "must have's" in your intro email, thank you.
We can consider a couple, in which case the monthly rent would be £1,300/month, bills as mentioned above.
