The flat itself is spacious, with a large living room, balcony, kitchen, utility and bathroom. It has also recently been redecorated and refurbished throughout. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the separate utility area has a washing machine and dryer. The lounge is a comfortable space with 2 sofas and a dining table, and it opens onto the balcony, which is a real bonus in the warmer months.

All bills are included in the rent, including superfast internet, a professional cleaner for the communal areas, and a modern thermostat system that keeps the flat warm and comfortable all year round.

Location wise it is hard to beat. Sanderstead Station is a one minute walk and Purley Oaks Station is around six minutes on foot, on a different line, so you have strong options at pretty much any time of day. You are also right on the doorstep for day to day essentials with a Tesco Local, post office, cafes and restaurants all within around three minutes walk. It is well connected, but still a lovely residential neighbourhood with a calm feel.

Off-street parking is available on the driveway at the front of the building.
