The location is really convenient for commuting. Sanderstead Station is only a minute away, with direct trains to East Croydon in around 6 minutes, Clapham Junction in 16 minutes, London Bridge in 22 minutes and Victoria in 23 minutes.

Another train station, Purley Oaks, local buses, Tesco Local, cafés and restaurants are also all within easy walking distance.

There is off-street parking available as well.
