You are applying for:

The property is located between London and Brighton on the A22. It is a 7-minute walk to the nearest railway station (Godstone), which has direct trains to Tonbridge and connections to London Bridge and London Victoria.

We’re looking for someone who is female, non-smoking, non-drinking, and who enjoys a peaceful, creative, and rustic environment. Ideally, you are outdoorsy, practical, easy-going, and have a good sense of humour, as well as a love for animals.

Monthly rent for couples is £1,050 PCM, with a security deposit of £525.

Please note: we accept cats and other quiet, house-trained pets, except for dogs, for an additional £50 per month.
