Laundry facilities include washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron provided.

Bills for water, lighting, gas central heating & hot water, TV licence (communal), broadband, council tax all included, as is the weekly cleaning of the shared facilities.

Very conveniently located for access to Feltham, Sunbury, Ashford and Staines. Close to the A316 and M3/M25 motorways. Sunbury Rail station is 15 min walk. It is a 5-10 minute walk to BP Sunbury.

Please note we will never ask for more than a months rent in advance but your payment date will be adjusted to pay rent for a calendar month and rent will be due on the first of every month.
