Double room in a family home in South Sutton

We are looking to rent a double room in our family home . We prefer a lady as there quite a few ladies in the house. The room is furnished and is pleasant. Shared spaces include a large kitchen , living room and a fantastic garden. The bathrooms are shared. Since it is a family home we are only looking at renting to a female preferably a working professional but students also will be considered. No smoking and no guests may be entertained as there are children in the family home. We are a couple with 3 daughters with whom you will be sharing the common shared spaces. This is a Halal household so we would expect the person to respect this aspect and accordingly conduct themselves. The property is quite close to the Sutton station and town centre, about 15 mins walk.
