2 rooms to let in a family home in South Sutton

We are looking to rent a double and a single room in our family home . We prefer ladies only as there quite a few ladies in the house. The rooms are furnished and pleasant. Shared spaces include a large kitchen , living room and a fantastic garden. You will be sharing a bathroom with one person who is based on the same floor. Since it is a family home we are only looking at renting to a female preferably a working professional but students also will be considered. We are a couple with 3 daughters with whom you will be sharing the common shared spaces. The property is quite close to the Sutton station and town centre, about 15 mins walk.
