We are looking to rent a double and a single room in our 6 bedroom family home . The rooms are furnished , recently renovated to a very high standard and are very pleasant. Shared spaces include a large kitchen , living room , a large and beautiful garden. There is a spacious and newly fitted bathroom on the same floor for the tenant. Since it is a family home we are looking at renting to a female preferably a working professional but students also will be considered. We are a professional couple with three daughters. The property is quite close to the Sutton station and town centre, about 10-15 mins walk and very well connected by bus service.
